Elliott Laboratories will be exhibiting at the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Silicon Valley Open House on Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Elliott continues with its commitment and partnership to provide EMC testing and consulting services to UL customers in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions.

    FCC issues Forfeiture against Compatible Electronics, Inc

    The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued a monetary forfeiture in the amount of $8,000 to Compatible Electronics, Inc., in Silverado, California, for willful and repeated violation of Section 301 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.

    On May 23, 2007, the Enforcement Bureau's Los Angeles Office issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture ("NAL") in the amount of $10,000 to Compatible after determining that Compatible apparently willfully and repeatedly operated a radio transmitter without a license.
